To choose the right size for our jumpsuits, simply select the size you usually wear in a basic top. We offer 3 types of sizes so you can find the one that best suits you.

Warranty and Size Exchange Policy.

At Agility, we are committed to offering you high-quality products designed to help you achieve your maximum performance. However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to exercise your warranty rights or request a size exchange. Below, we explain our policies for these cases:

1. Manufacturing Defect Warranty

All our products are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery, which protects against manufacturing defects. This includes failures in seams, zippers, elastic, or any other component that affects the product's functionality. The return for warranty takes 7 to 8 business days after the garment has been received and inspected for its defect, then the warranty replacement will be sent.

Conditions for valid warranty claims:

- The defect must be reported within the first 30 days from the date of delivery.

- The product must be unused and in the same condition as it was received, with all its original tags intact.

- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be presented.

If these conditions are met, the defective product will be replaced with a new one of the same model and size, subject to availability.

2. Size Exchanges

We understand that sometimes it may be necessary to make a size exchange. To facilitate this process, we offer the possibility of exchanging the size of your product within the first 30 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions for size exchange:

- The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and with all its original tags.

- The customer will be responsible for shipping costs related to the size exchange.

- The exchange will be subject to inventory availability at the time of the request.

3. No Refund Policy

It is important to note that **we do not issue money refunds**. Our policy is based on offering solutions such as size exchanges or replacement of products with manufacturing defects, as described in the previous sections.

4. Procedure for Warranties and Exchanges

To initiate the warranty or size exchange process, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team by sending an email to agilitysportco@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos of the product (in case of a manufacturing defect).

2. You will receive a response with specific instructions on how to return the product.

3. Once the product is received and reviewed, we will proceed with sending the replacement product or the requested size.

5. Exceptions and Special Considerations

- This policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, natural wear and tear, or improper handling of the product.

- Warranties and exchanges only apply to purchases made directly through our official website or our official Instagram account.
